The jacket has an internal zipper for a thermal liner. Any large Unitog liner should fit.
Vintage shirts/jackets are not always true to tag size. It is best to always compare the measurements listed with a shirt that fits you well.
All my t-shirts/jackets are vintage and in excellent shape. They may not be perfect but only with occasional minor flaws. All are very wearable and without significant flaws, unless noted.
