I picked this up at an estate sale in West Michigan and it is a case for carrying an e-sax silencer for alto sax. That is all I know. The brand is embossed on the case so if you're interested in knowing more I would say just look this up for a better detailed description. Selling as is. The button does turn it on and you can go from S-M-L and the light does change as you can see on the photos.
