Ikea sundvik crib and toddler bed. Currently assembled as toddler bed, ikea bed rail included. I also have the crib piece in my garage which comes with this as well to reattach and make it a crib again. Including Serta mattress and mattress protector, and nice sheets if you’d like them. This was very hardly slept in- absolutely no damages and still like new condition. I will have to break this down to ship, will attach screws and ship carefully- assembly instructions can be found online. Also available for pick up- Long Island NY
