There are no markings that I could find to indicate a maker or silver content. Frame is in condition relative to age. There is tarnish on the metal and on the bottom right the metal doesn’t sit completely flat. See pics for details of any flaws. Outside measures roughly 10 1/4 x 8 1/2” and inside measures roughly 6 3/4” x 4 3/4”.
