1990's Classic chiffon maxi skirt in women's size xs to sm. Fixed waistband with hook and zipper closure. Fully lined in a black polyester jersey and slit up the side. Top layer is a chiffon in black with a pretty floral print. In excellent, like new vintage condition with no flaws to note.
