Good condition, bought new years ago and worn only a few times at most. It was always too big for me and I think it runs big.
It's a very soft and thick textured cotton with multiple layers. There is no stretch to the material or waist. It does have some small stains from dirt or mud which may be able to be cleaned. They're not noticeable during wear since there's so much fabric.
I think the skirt was originally 85. Price way down since it has the damages.
