Excellent, clean condition. No stains. No holes or snags in the fabric. The material feels like polyester. No loss of elasticity on pant waist.
Fits S - see pictures for approximate flat measurements. Total length of dress is about 54.5 in, 3/4 sleeve is about 17 in, inseam on pant 28 in. Waist on pants stretches to about 17 inches flat. I normally wear a small and this fits as expected around the chest, hips and shoulders. Pants and dress do not have pockets. Dress has long zipper in the back and long front slit.
I take my measurements with the item flat on a hard, level surface. The garments are not stretched or pulled. I smooth out the item just enough to remove any large creases or folds in the fabric. These measurement pictures are just an approximation.
