Deluxe hardcover edition published in 2002 (revised and enlarged). The boards have slightly warped but it is not very noticeable except to the feel. I think the addition of the CDs may not have been the best idea. The pages are clean with no markings or creases. 206 pages. The paper jacket has a few small torn places hardly noticeable. Some light bumps. There is a personal bookplate inside the front cover. The Cd's have never been opened.
