New in box. I did remove it from the box to try it on my sink. I bought it for my mom. I can't return it to where I bought it because Mercari said so. My mom said her brushed nickel accessories didn't match the chrome and it didn't fit in the holes that were drilled for another faucet, so we'll be getting a whole new countertop and faucet in a different color.
