It is a cross between an 80’s tiered ruffle dress & zebra animal costume with Neon flare

**I am including the zebra print leg warmers that I purchased separately. ** shown 2nd pic.
There is a snag runner on the only the tail material from the Velcro hook and loop when pulling it out of the bag. Not a sole ever noticed it being that it was on her back side. The tail itself is detachable with the Velcro.
