19 pit to pit, 16 shoulders, 23 sleeve, 27 shoulder to hem, 17.5 across waist on jacket, SKIRT: 12 across waist, 19 across hips, 22 waist to hem, 24 across skirt bottom, this material is most likely a crushed velvet - it was well stored and not worn very much in its day - it was gentle washed in cold water and drip dried
