I made these last year in a pottery class. I hand carved and meticulously worked on each detail for 3 weeks. Though they are both similar and match very well, you can see slight differences in the design. I’m proud of these and I intend on making more. After hand carving them, I let them set overnight, and then painted them a beautiful lavender purple. I put the gloss glaze on top and let them fire in the kiln overnight. They have a metal hoop on the back so you can hang them. But they also lay flat on any surface. You can do as you wish with them, and they could even go outside and withstand the elements. They are ceramic, so they have a decent weight to them, but they are adorable. More to come in different colors and types of flowers/ plants.
