This is a fun and unusual two-tone green velour flexible hat. The hat is made of bands of light and darker green bands and is gathered at the top with a velour covered button. It is lined inside with a shiny beige/green fabric. There bottom of the hat has a sturdier structure bunder the velour, which could be like a narrow visor.
