This is a beautiful example of fashionable high end hats of the era. The hat is composed of green stiff mesh covered by light green straw. The flat and shorter crown extends into a downturned short brim which is trimmed with satiny fabric leaves on the underside. The crown is also surrounded by the same satiny light green leaves.
