Huge Antique German Pulpit Bible John E Potter Philadelphia
Absolute date is unknown, but there are many dates given through out the text. Near as I can tell, this is from the late 1800's to possibly the early 1900's.
Sadly, the book smells like butyric acid... and I'm guessing this might be due to the fact it was wrapped in plastic for safe storage. I've had it out in open air for a few days, and its better than it was.... but its likely going to take quite a while for it to dissipate.
