This is deadstock from the 2000s. It's from the very early days of the U.K Brand Jolaby. This is one of their early dresses that was actually done in a size Medium, at the time most of their dresses came OS. The fabric in this dress has no stretch. The contrast collar is oversizes and can we worn in a number of ways. The belt matches the collar. the dress has lots of gathered pleats at the bottom.
