Overall, the kit is like complete and like new, save for the special offer postcard which came off the member card. The membership number itself is the lowest I have seen, #13542. Most seem to be from 1989 and have 6-digits, while this is the lowest 1988 5-digit member number I have seen for sale online. This is a serious treasure for the serious Turtle collector.
