Beautiful wool scarf by Adrienne Vittadini. Large sized scarf, could be worn as a wrap on the right person, measures approximately 35” square. Pattern has large lush red roses. The colors are red, burgundy, tan, brown, blue, green, white.
100% wool. Made in Japan. This belonged to my 94-year-old fashion queen of a mother, who may have worn this only a couple of times in the 80s. Really great shape. No stains, pilling, or holes. Still nice and crisp! There is a very small area of about 2” long that has the faintest of thread pulls. See closeup pic. It would get lost in the pattern and folds when worn. The fringed edge has a couple areas where the thread is shedding slightly, but that’s typical for this style of edging. You just have to be careful not to create pulls if you try to remove them.
