Alienware 15 gaming laptop 4k, not working.
The laptop was working fine, then started to lose battery power over the space of 2-3 days. I took to a laptop repair shop, and they said it could be anything from a faulty socket jack to a faulty motherboard. They said they would need to send the laptop away to be checked and wouldn’t receive it back for a minimum of 10 days. I couldn’t be without a laptop and decided to buy a new one.
