This was a great local find and is a very good original oil on canvas board painting titled Winter Night Falls.The handwritten inscription on the back reads Winter Night FallsPainted by Uncle Ed in his 88th year Dec 18th 1948For Beulah's Birthday, 1948followed by wording i cannot decipher.The frame is original to the time of the painting as is the glass.This is a one of a kind find and the frame alone is it's own treasure.This measures approximately 18" x 14"
