I dont know much about this item but what I have found out from research is that this is a ceramic bust of Native American Black Hawk and these busts were commonly used for decorative purposes in cigar shops. Unlike many of these I have found online, this item is in AMAZING shape! This item has no chips, scratches or any other signs of damage.
