SF Memory Cassette Super Famicom
SF Memory Cassette and GB Memory Cartridge were cartridges for Nintendo's game rewriting service NINTENDO POWER. The feature was that you could rewrite and purchase games by operating the Loppi installed at Lawson convenience stores.
The SF Memory Cassette for the Super Famicom (3980 yen) made its full-fledged debut in November 1997. The Nintendo 64 had already been released the previous year, in 1996, so it started in a slightly unusual position as a new service for an older model. It is now impossible to obtain easily and has become a highly rare item.
