VISION STREET WEAR was launched in 1976. In California, 30 years ago, skateboarding was a counterculture to the established culture. VISION aimed to be a brand image that was as real as the young people living in California. Listening to PUNK ROCK, enjoying psycho designs, and skateboarding. This HIP sense is what made VISION.
At the VISION SKATE ESCAPE event held in 1988, the Red Hot Chili Peppers participated and became a hot topic. Later, collaboration items with the Misfits were announced, and VISION gained high support as an icon of street culture where skateboarding, music, and fashion were linked and crossed over.
