We guarantee all authenticity for all of our jewlery. All precious metals are scanned by 15k XRF Scanner to authenticate gold content. All gems are tested to make sure they are the correct stones. If there are diamonds they are tested with a smart pro gem-eye 1 to authenticate if it’s a diamond! And will be shown tested in a picture! All jewlery comes cleaned and buffed looking BRAND NEW
We also now test all diamonds with an ARI by Presidium Diamond Screener. We also perform spectrometry tests with a GIA GEM LAB KIT to confirm all gemstones when needed.
Do not ask for a refund because you took it to a pawn shop and said it’s fake. Do not say you received the wrong item. All packing is recorded on video.
