It's been used. No major damage on these boots. Please do expect for the signs of wear especially on the suede it will show some kind of, it looks like discolorations but it isn't. In actual it doesn't look that bad. Still a good boots to have in a cold weather. One heel got a bit chip on the edge of it,(as pictured). Sorry don't have the original box. Zipper works good.
