Gently pre-owned, 1990s vintage, condition. Produced by Warner Bros. Studio in 1992 complete with the official two page Certificate of Authenticity from Park West Gallery Michigan (signed by the Director, Albert Scaglione). This is a hand painted limited edition animation cel numbered 323 out of 750 and signed by the legendary Warner Bros. director and animator Friz Freleng. The animation cel itself features Bugs Bunny as a baby in a basket, circa 1941 and measures 11 x14 while the entire framed piece itself measures 16 x18.25 .
