Excellent used condition. This isn't 10% cashmere, a wool blend, or mystery fabric. This is soft, warm, charcoal-black cashmere, 100%, by . Purchased at a department store in New York City. Button front with notched collar. The lining of 100% polyester is immaculate. The cashmere is a herringbone pattern, with side slit pockets, two interior breast pockets, all with no tears or holes, and a split vent in the back. Size is marked 52XL. Sleeves measure 23"-27" from shoulder, inner and outer seam, and coat measures 48" long from shoulder. Recently dry cleaned and from a nonsmoking home, stored in a cedar closet in the summer. There is a small tear in the armpit lining. The lining of both arms hasbeen top-stitched. I am not sure if these stitches were repairs or to prevent repairs. The price reflects this minor flaw.
