This is the Field Baker Shorts from THE NORTH FACE PURPLE LABEL. Made of seersucker fabric, they are comfortable to wear even in the hot season.
I wore them heavily for two seasons, so there is some fading, like a gradation, towards the thigh area. Please refer to photos 1 and 3 for details.
There are no frays or damage, and I think they can still be worn for a long time.
