Vintage Babbacombe Devon England Pottery Teddy Bear String Ribbon Dispenser with scissors. Rare Find.
The scissors sit in a slot on his nose and the string or ribbon comes out of a slot by his mouth.
Approximately 6 x 4 . Decorative dispenser for string or ribbon to keep it neat and orderly.
Pre-owned and used. In excellent vintage pre-owned condition. Not sure if these are the original scissors or not but they do say made in Sheffield. They could use a sharpening.
