This French Provincial bas relief Plaque in French Country style and framed in gold and silver, white ornate French provincial frame is absolutely stunning! The raised hand painted French country scenery and couple are cameoed in the French Provincial frame and surrounded with vintage soft pink/orange velvet matting. This piece is oval in shape.
