This is a Nippon shaped and draped chocolate pot in white and pale green. It has a pink and green floral design on the front with a similar, but smaller design on the back. The chocolate pot is wider at the top with great shaping, a beautiful draped detsign at the base and an nteresting and unique handle design. The pot is trimmed in gold and has some light gold wear and dulling-mostly on the handle. It comes with the matching lid.
The chocolate pot measures about 4.50 inches across the top, 5.50 inches across the base and 2.50 inches at the narrowest point. It is 8.50 inches tall to the side rim and 10.00 inches tall to the top of the lid.
It is marked as shown. The mark is thought to be from before 1921. I do not have a pattern name.
There are no chips, cracks, or other damage.
