The fading and various damages and repairs are exquisite, creating a denim with an outstanding atmosphere.
This is a rare piece from the transition period of the late 66 to the Hachimalu (80s style).
Button back stamp 8, 10% shrinkage rate, made in 80s, 10% shrinkage rate, black kan (rivet) on the inner thigh.
Based on the age and factory number, it is presumed to be a late 66 model, but the outseam is a side split, and the 10% shrinkage rate is a detail unique to the transition period.
The late 66 model is almost always red-eared, making it a very valuable item.
Furthermore, it is a rare big size with a 36-inch waist.
