The picture shows the dress being worn without the tier petticoat. The under sleeves are sown in but can be removed if you don’t want them. The back closes up using a zipper. I am 5’0 and am not wearing heels in the picture. The dress has only been worn once. I am throwing in the shoes for free with the dress, they are a size 7 1/2 women.
