Tanning and discoloration to the matting. Lots of dings/nicks/scratches to the frame, including paper on the back. Signed in lower left. Looks like watercolor with maybe a little pastel? Cannot tell for sure. Heavy external wear commensurate with age15.5” 19.5” framed.
