This listing is for a 1940 Cottage Jug. It is from the Dicken's Series Ware The Pickwick Papers . The jug depicts the characters from Dicken's book The Pickwick Papers outside the White Hart Inn. The character's names are incised below their depictions. The jug is approximately 5.5 tall and 7.5 wide from handle to spout. It is marked on the bottom with the Logo and the Reg No 817035. It also has the incised mark 8139. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restorations.
