I previously purchased this at the Hermes flagship store in Paris. Among scarves, I particularly love pleated scarves and have bought many, but I have hardly ever seen a double pleated scarf like this one.
I checked various websites and was only able to find one item in a different color.
This precious double pleated scarf is titled [L'intrus] (The Intruder) and is a design by Mr. Antoine Dujacquier.
The delicate touches of feathers, the colors, and the magnificent painting resembling an illustrated book make this a stunning artwork featuring over 120 birds. Around the birds, their names are carefully depicted.
A new, unused double pleated scarf is quite rare and valuable.
I have never used it since purchase. I took it out of the closet only for this photo shoot. It is a new, unused item, but it has been stored at home, so I hope for understanding from potential buyers.
