This is a women's size M, but I used to wear it as a man. I was 175cm tall and 60kg at the time.
Patagonia's Synchilla is known for its excellent warmth. This is a long-pile fleece that is typical of older Patagonia.
It is still wearable. There may be some pilling and damage, but it can be improved with maintenance.
