Brand Lolita Dress- Worn only a couple times, still in super nice condition! I could not find any damages, despite this dress being over 10 years old!
It is a bold navy, not a dark navy. Stock photo is accurate. The JSK has a partial petticoat, back shirring, and comes with its waist ties. Great for a number of themed coords - Marine, Sailor, ...IHOP :)

Length: ~83.5 cm + 3cm of lace
What it could probably fit due to shirring:
Bust 80-96 cm
Waist 60-86 cm
My Measurements (it fits me):
