The clear case does have a dull area above the blue car. I tried to take a photo of it (see last photo). There are some scratch marks on there too leading me to believe that the previous owner scratched off the price tag.
Labeled as new as it is unopened. Cars are still attached to the case. The elastic has broken a bit due to the age (see second to last photo).
Packaging is not in perfect shape. See photos for reference.
I am selling these for an elderly friend. They have not been stored in the most ideal conditions (in storage). Please consider this when purchasing.
