$394.25  $374.54

Collector’s edition leatherbound hardcover set of volumes 3 through 6 of The Decline & Fall of the Roman Empire by Edward Gibbon (Easton Press, 1974). A beautiful partial set with brown leather boards, gilt lettering, inlay, and page edges, decorative endpapers, attached tassel bookmarks and illustrations throughout. Some rubbing/scuffing to covers and shelf wear around the edges. A few scratches and scuffs, the worst of which are shown in photos above (large slice along bottom of VI, smaller scuff to V). Bottom right corner of all books mildly rubbed and with some gilt missing, due to imperfect sticker removal. Corners slightly bumped. A few instances of mildly split binding, though spines are straight and binding remains fairly strong on the whole. All pages are clean and unmarked save for some faint scuffing to gilt page edges. See photos for condition.
