I purchased this about 6 years ago at Isetan Shinjuku.
I don't think I've worn it more than 10 times in total.
It's been in my closet for the past few years.

There appears to be a stain of some kind in the middle.
I took a close-up photo and edited it to make it more visible, but since the color is black, it's not very noticeable.
