This is an O.G. 107 utility shirt jacket.
It's an early 1st model with tube sleeves and a stamp size notation.
The buttons are brown urea buttons, and the sewing specifications and selvedge of the fabric are all characteristics of vintage military wear, making this a wonderful piece that can only be experienced with items from that era.

O.G. 107 shirts are already increasing in price, but the 1st model with tube sleeves is rare, and many people are looking for them.
Among them, this is a rare big size, with an actual size of XL or larger, and a listed size of LARGE.
Smaller sizes are still available, but I've never seen one this large.
Personally, I consider this to be a rarer item than USMC-related items like the HBT p44.
