This is a CWU-36/P flame-resistant flight jacket, Top Gun: Maverick specification, issued in 1987 by the U.S. Navy's aviation unit under DLA.

Features VX-31 unit patch, Velcro base on the left chest, Top Gun patch and American flag patch on the sleeves.
