Vintage Welsh 100% wool tapestry Cape. Black trim,blue,purple,brown geometric print. The tag has a dragon logo that says, "Welsh Woollends,woven in Wales", and another tagthat says," Craft centre Cymru. In North & Mid Wales". It is an amazingly woven, thick, warm weave. Not itchy! Maybe from the 60's. No Size tag. Fits like a Sz 10 "M". Bust area 29", From bottom of collar, to hem 24.5".There are 2 button holes, So you can make it look like sleeves.(One button is missing) Hard to see, I don't think you would use them anyway. The zipper is a little wavy.Very Good Vintage Condition.
