Very good cosmetic condition with some light scratches/scuffs on the front body. Some very light scratches on LCD display. New battery replaced(Cameron Sino brand 1200 mAh). The metal plate shows a bit uneven as we opened the case to replace the battery. FlipShare software has been updated to the newest version(5.12.3).
About FlipShare software: As Cisco has stopped the support of Flip camcorders, you'll not be able to use the FlipShare to upload videos to YouTube or Facebook. (The software will show 'You are not connected to the internet' even you are connected). You'll have to save the videos in your computer and manually upload them.
About year input: Cisco designed the year be set on 2020 and can't go further.
*When charging the device, plug it onto your computer USB outlet or Flip dedicated adapter. Other USB adapter not work
