This is a Russian-made Barnack-type camera.
It has Panzerkampf and a tank written on it, and I believe the base is a Zorki, a type you don't see very often.
The curtain and shutter speeds are also working, but it's an old item, so I can't offer any guarantees. Please understand that it is sold as-is, with no returns.
