Basically, brand new. This is relatively loose fitting. At 5'10 and 170#, it's too tight in the shoulders, and the sleeves are too short, but the fact i can get it on at all at an XS was a surprise in itself. If you usually wear a Small in men's, this would probably fit you fine.
