This clock is rad! You get it started by spinning a knob in the back which gets the motor running. I cleaned this piece which restored the clock’s function. As the clock runs, the windmill spins. It works accurately and smoothly but not totally silently. The noise it makes is not annoying. The dial is a tin lithograph. It’s about 9 inches tall and 6” wide. It has sturdy hardware for hanging. The chord is over 5’ long and is still pliable with no exposed wire. I think this clock is from the 50’s or 40’s. Great color and super cool.
