Although it's not official , it plays and looks as identical to the real deal. Looking to sell, no longer fits in my collection, hopefully the next buyer can take care of it more than I have. I bought the model with no minifigures attached so it's just the building. I will disassemble it the best I can and will include the manual(s) for it.
