Here is a suit I had made in the Navy. We were in Antalya Turkey so I had a few suits made. This one no longer fits. The brand on the coat is Antinyildiz. I put down the size as 50L but I'm not sure. I was around 200 lbs when I had these made. I am about 5 ft 9 inches.
